Servidumbre is correct but the term derecho de vía is also frequently used.
In law, it is translated as "servidumbre"; otherwise, "alivio", and even "facilitación". Care to give us a context'
First, an easement doesn't really involve money, although it could. It is defined as "a right, such as a right of way, afforded a person to make limited use of another's real property." I used to live in a condo whose balcony projected over the sidewalk, which was owned by the city. We had to have an easement from the city for encroaching on the airspace of the sidewalk, but no money changed hands.
Search for servidumbre, which I think means easement.
