ranita = froggy or little frog
osito = little bear (or teddy bear)

Well, literally it means frogs and bears, words come from Rana=Frog and Oso=Bear. Some people like to add the ito to the end of some words to denote either small or a cuter way of saying something. That's the best I can offer.
