"157,8 mintues" is neither Spanish nor English. In many Spanish-speaking countries, 157,8 means 157.8 (157 + eight-tenths). Mintues is apparently a typo for the English minutes.
157,8 minutos would be 157.8 minutes (2 hours and 37.8 minutes).
But as Natasha says, I'm not really sure what you are asking.
