Quick! I need some tennis lingo for tomorrow's match. How do you say "shot", as in "nice shot"? I'm pretty sure people here say "Out!" for "Out!"; but how do they say "Good", as in "not out"? I know that a match is "un partido" and a game is "un juego", but how about a set? Any other tips (about Spanish, not tennis -- my game is beyond hope)'

shot is golpe (same in golf)
nice shot (buen golpe)
a math is "un partido"
a game is "un juego"
a set is "un set"
a drop shot is "una dejada"
serve is "saque"
a forehand is "un golpe de derecha"
a backhand " un golpe de revés"
a volley is " una volea"
hawk-eye is "ojo de halcón"

Golpe for 'shot''? Works in golf. grin Es masculino.
