Me gustas mucho.

That's dangerous...can mean attracted....

I would also suggest:

Me caes bien.

Te tengo mucho aprecio.

Me gustas mucho.
Me caes bien.
Eres muy agradable.

But the others are correct. The context matters here. Is it said to someone of the opposite sex as in "I have romantic feelings for you"? Or is it "I like you as a friend/person kind of thing"'

You could say "Me caes muy bien." Or "Eres muy buena gente."

The translation could vary depending on the context and also the country. Could you be a little more specific about the context -- to whom are you speaking? One possibility would be (from a recent thread):

Te tengo mucho cariño.
