I am working on translating training materials from English to Spanish. Looking for
comments on the accuracy of the following:

1. Use the "Smart Chart" as quick guide to your process improvement project.
   Utilice el Grafico Listo como una guia rapida para su proyecto de mejora de los procesos.

Smart Chart=Grafico Listo....tiene sentido?

1. To experience your services as your customers do, conduct a "walk-through" of your business.
   Para experimentar sus servicios igual que sus clientes los experimentan, realiza una caminata
   por su negocio.
   walk-through="caminata por su negocio"

Sorry to trouble you with this question, but I attempted to reply to
Erika and the "reply" box (that I am writing in at this moment) did
not pop up.
Gracias a Erika por su sugerencia, especially since our target population
is Spanish-speakers from Mexico and Central America.

Dear Maureen, I can't remember right now about Smart-Chart, since your tranlation is tecnically correst, but if you get a mexican who doesen't speak english itwill be very confusing, same with conduct a walk-thru your business the tecnical translation is correct; but the best way is, realize un recorrido por su negocio.

I wouldn't use the verb experimentar. Instead I would say: "Para tener la misma experiencia de servicio que sus clientes,...
