usage of "funny"
I want to say " his dressing looks funny", I checked the dicctionary, it shows me " divertido", but I seems heard another word to describle it, who knows?
also how about " he is a funny person," ? thanks

not sure what definition you're using for "dressing"-food, clothing', but you're correct "divertido" would not be correct in this case, meaning something or someone of a fun nature. "looks funny", try "chistoso"-adj. - meaning funny/amusing or funny person. hope this helps. Regan is not correct.
here you would use divertido: tiene personaje alegre y muy divertido, siempre haciendo la gente sonreir con sus bromas, chistes y juegos (jokes, riddles and games). clowning around (to act)-hacer el payaso o es un comico muy chistoso con sus, etc., etc........
que raro does not mean how funny.
I've always seen the word "gracioso" used.
when the people saw her dressing, people want to laugh, that is what I mentioned " funny", also for the person who is funny, I mean, he always make people smile, always make fun.

Reagan is right, funny in the sense of strange would be "raro". So depending on the context...
I think the word here owuld be chistoso or comico.
I'm not a spanish expert so i wont give you the whole sentance but raro is the word for strange/weird/different so "que raro" could mean how funny (with funny meaning strange, not comical). If you wanted the comical meaning of funny, like he is dressed as an elephant or something im sorry i'm not sure about that
