Help! Kindergarten teacher
I am a kindergarten teacher who knows only a few spanish words. I just got a new student in my class who knows no english. I need help giving her simple instructions like; write your name, write the letters, color the picture, cut, glue. You get the picture. I was looking for a set of flashcards with these kinds of things on the site so I could print them and keep them with me at school. If anyone knows of a set like that please let me know.

Cindy, I thought of two very useful words you should know. 1. "Mira!" = "Look!" (while you're demonstrating or pointing to something you need her to pay attention to.
- "Asi." = Like this. (while you're acting out the way to do whatever)
Hope that helps!

Cindy, I'm a kindergarten teacher, too, and I will make you some 'cheat cards' and send them to you as a Word document, if you have any more phrases you need. I speak Spanish well enough to communicate, but I know just where you're coming from... I've had kids that speak only Cambodian.
Just let me know!

Online translations are for the most part useless. Now that you have found this site, Welcome! There is always someone online to help out.
thanks so much for your help. I never know when I look something up or do the online translations how accurate they are. Thanks again,
