this is my translación in spanish: este celular tiene alguna problema, es que cuando estuve hablando con alguna persona, e/ella siempre no puede oírme claro, y siempre me dijo " por favor habla mas alto, tu voz esta muy baja.", entonces pienso que a lo mejor el altavoz de este celular tiene alguna problema, por eso, planeo enviarlo para repararlo.
tiene alguna problema tiene algún problema
cuando estuve hablando con alguna persona, alguien I guess the use of alguna is ok . It is an adjective qualifying with who or whom you are talking. I would use alguien only because it sounds better. E.g. Cuando hablo con alguien
de este celular tiene alguna- algún -
planeo enviarlo para repararlo this sounds wierd how about? planeo enviarlo a que lo reparen

Just a minor comment about "my cellphone doesn't have battery" (if you must say this, then it would be "... have a battery").It's possible that the speaker actually _lost_ the battery from his cellphone but it's much more likely that cellphone still _has_ a battery but the battery is weak/low/dead.

muchas gracis , y tambien tengo mas preguntas:
- this cellphone has some probolems, when I was talking with somebody, he/she always cannot hear me very clearly, always said to me" please speak loud, your voice is too low", so I guess maybe it's the problem of the speaker in the cellphone, anyway, I plan to send to repairing.

- Yes, you can use both ver and mirar. Both are commonly used, with both "TV" and "tele."1. "Most of the people" = La mayoría de la gente2. "I already gave this to you long time ago" = "Ya te lo di hace mucho tiempo"3. "You cannot shout at me, because I didn't do anything wrong" = "No puedes/debes gritarme, ya que no hice nada malo"
