Can't find the meaning of this word. I did a google search & found a song "Que rechula es Katy"

It is especially used in Argentina, I can see Mauro use this frequently:

I think Lazarus mentioned the prefix 're'. It puts emphasis on a word. In this case 'rechula' means extra chula.
