Would someone tell me how you translate the tool "a long arm Hex size range 1/20-5/16" into spanish? I also need to firgure out what they call a Pad Lock. Thanks!

The Hex wrenches are "llaves Allen" so to say what you want might be along the lines of:
llaves Allen del tamaño 1/20-5/16
To say pad lock I use the word:
candado
