I think the $ comes afterwards? And of course, commas and decimal points are reversed. 141,26$
This is not true in Mexico, which uses the US system.

I handle accounts receivable for my company so whomever I am speaking with will always owe my company.I would be saying something like:"you owe $141.26.""$141.26 is owed.""we need to clear this bill of $141.26"Thanks for your help everyone!!!
For the first two:
I'm not sure about "clear the bill." You could say:
Necesita pagar la cuenta de $141.26. / You need to pay the bill of $141.26.
I am using the "usted" form (polite singular) for you. Also, if you are going to "write" this in Spanish, you probably want to use Spanish notation for money. I think the $ comes afterwards? And of course, commas and decimal points are reversed. 141,26$

I would be saying something like:
"you owe $141.26."
"$141.26 is owed."
"we need to clear this bill of $141.26"

Also:La cuenta es cuatro con cincuenta euros. The bill is 4 euros and 50 cents.
Wait a minute, I think I should have said:
Or just:
La cuenta es cuatro (euros) con cinuenta.
Samdie is right. When you post a question, please give a bit of context.
You owe me?
I owe you?
he owes her?
They owe Him?
etc
etc
etc
Also:
La cuenta es cuatro con cincuenta euros.
The bill is 4 euros and 50 cents.
You need to provide some specific examples since it depends on who owes whom.
e.g. I owe you 5,000 pesetas = Te debo cinco mil pesetas.
you owe me 5,000 pesetas = Me debes 5.000 pesetas, etc.
Alternatively, you need to learn how to conjugate the verb ¨deber¨and about the use of pronouns.
