Hi,
I need someone to help me translate this word to english, this is when something dirt or a foreing object gets in to you eye and make it swallow and sometimes you get like a white stuff where the lagrima comes out.

esta palabra es cuando algo sucio tiene uno en el ojo o sea que le sale una cosa blanca del orificio donde sale la lagrima

No wonder you couldn't find it in any dictionary. The right spelling is "orzuelo", and in English is "sty".
