Question

I studied spanish for five years in high school and did pretty well. I can understand anything I read in the language but conversation is a little more difficult. I have been practising but my friends use a lot of slang and I would like to be able to speak it on a personal level, but also in the business arena......Help me recover my spanish, por favor.
