lesson #1 help

Question

Let me try this again. first I'll introduce myself; my name is terry I am 66 years old I am a Private Investigator in Florida and trying to learn Spanish. I am having a problem with lesson #1 in getting the video to play; it just loads. Can anybody give advice? Thank you

Did you JUST try loading it? I think this is a new problem. It's not loading for me either.

It loaded for me, both audio and video.
