I've been under the impression that the phrase "por lo cual" = "for the reason that," but could it be interchangeable with the phrases "debido a" and "porque'"

Sorry, there is no context, I'd just been confused about that phrase for quite some time and was trying to rectify that.

I'm afraid they are all used incorrectly. "Por lo cual" is a consecutive phrase, whereas "porque" and "debido a" are causal ones.

Por lo cual = ((This/that is the) reason) why / (That's) why / As a result / wherefore...
