This is a new word for me and I think it means scar. I spelled it like it sounded. Does anyone know what word I am looking for'

Well... as it sounds in most parts of America. In Spain "cicatriz" (scar) and "sicatriz" (doesn't exist) sound differently. That's the advantage of the peninsular Spanish, which is -in this sense- more helpful for learners.

Sure... its cicatriz and it does mean scar
