I tried it and it only made me sleep very badly... maybe I used the wrong cd...

I can see a business opportunity for a language teacher here: to produce a "Learn (or improve) spanish in your sleep", maybe a hypnotist could give it a gowink

Hi Shelly
I don't think it will improve your learning ability but it appears you have found a cure for insomnia. Which tapes are you listening to'

I am sure it is a notch better that put a "learn Spanish" book under your pillow. grin
I know this does not help, but listening to anything may interfere with your rest.

Well, a good question, the do say that people in a coma hear and remember everything...

In the meantime you can do this:

have you discovered our "groups" yet? There is a Spanish Beginners group and more advanced groups too. We also have a "chat board", look above and click on chat and groups.
