My spainish client put "I have to send a text. I look forward to enviartelo about 10 hours."
What does enviartelo mean? Does he mean "answer or response"? \
Kindly seek advice.

Apparently he used a mechanic translator, which didn't translate enviártelo.
(Mark's translation is perfect)

It means "send it to you".
enviar (send) te (to you) lo (it).
Sounds like he will send it to you in about 10 hours.
