It isn't clear what you are asking for...do you want to know what this means or are you asking whether it is correct? If the latter, you probably wouldn't use "le" for a friend, but rather "te" (for the more familiar "tu" rather than "Ud"), and just to be conventional, if you are sending this, you do mean to use the masculine of friend'

literal translation is "i am sending you lots of kisses my friend". not too sure why he or she has used "le"
