What that sounds like to me is something I remember hearing street vendors shout in Ecuador, selling some food item to bus passengers. I don't remember what the food was, but it always sounded like "alusha" because of the accent of the mountains of Ecuador. It could also be "aleluya" or halleluyah. But "ah lusha" if that is how it spelled, is not spanish.
