I agree with Evelio: it is likely to be a spelling mistake for "fallo", but if you give us a context maybe we'll be able to guess what it means. Many people make so many spelling mistakes, that many words become distorted beyond recognition.

I could not find 'fayo'. A dictionary suggested the following alternate spelling;
bayo
fajo
faro
mayo
rayo
sayo
yayo
