It is suppose to mean something like:

¡Hola!

The spelling is quite incorrect, it is hard to understand what they mean, but from your translation into English It could be "¿Estás bien con mi hija'", which roughly means "Do you feel at ease with my daughter'"

If you want to say "Are you good to my daughter'" then say "¿Te portas bien con mi hija'" or "¿Eres bueno con mi hija'"
