Question

I bought an item in the supermarket, "pechuga pollo rellena bacon"
It appeared to be in a milk kind of a marinade.
I gather pechuga pollo is breast of chicken but what is the rest'

The bacon had no sweet or smoked taste and while the ham was fine the pollo laced with the milk marinade had a very off-putting aroma and the over-all result? 2 bites and then we offered it to our dog, who sniffed and turned away.

This is a funny food package, as it is quite true what cherry said. It doesn't say anything about marinating. Neither does it say anything about the ham. Funny. I hope it was nice anyway, sounds weird.

it appears to be milk, perhaps evaporated, with a slice of ham on the underside of the breast and the bacon wrapped around the chicken.
