"Ojeras" is always used in the plural. It means, "dark circles under the eyes." Note how in English we use the plural in that context as well.

By coincidence I just had to look it up myself, from my book:
«Al mirarse un momento en el espejo se vio ojeroso, con cara de exhausto.»

Do you want to know whether it is a noun or an adjective?
Do you need a synonym for this word?
Do you want to know how to analize the word morphologically?

This is a forum of vocabulary and grammar, so if you don't state your question clearly, we don't know what do you want.

By the way, assuming that you want to know how to say "ojeras" in English, it is "bags under the eyes". If you want a translation, just double click on the word, and you'll get it.

If you want something else, please state your question next time.
