As Will suggested, it could be "treintañera" (a woman between 30 and 39 y. o.) However, if there is a small typo and you wrote r instead of n, the word would become "trientena" (triennially).

Hola Monica. I'm pretty sure the word you want is "treintañera (o). This word refers to a person in their 30's.
