Juan: Muy bien, Gracias ¿y tú?
Martin: Bien Gracias, pero hoy día poco occupado en mi oficina. me tu pareco mucho cansado!
Juan: Si, porque hubo nadado a la piscina para dos hora, y ahora soy mucho cansado. ¿Te Gusta Nadar?
Martin: ¡Si Gustas! pero no sé natación.
Juan: Puedo te enseñar.
Martin: Vale, Gracias. Entonces, Tengo que estar pronto en mi casa, ¿tu Sabes?
Juan: Si Claro!
Martin: Hasta Luego! Cuídese
Juan: Igualmente Adiós.

Just to clarify why that is...The tú is optional, in almost every case. It's implied in the verb "estás" and, while it can be included for emphasis, it's understood to be there without having to say it directly. Because it's easier just to omit it, most native speakers do, but there's nothing grammatically wrong with saying "¿Cómo estás tú?" It's just easier and more common to say "¿Cómo estás?"
This needs some clarification. Lazarus you are correct that In this context it would sound bad because Martin was initiating the conversation, but Juan could say it without sounding bad because he was already asked how he was, he could respond, "Como estás tu'". It's the same as saying "Y tu, como estás'
Just one last correction:
Martin: - ¡Hola Juan! ¿Cómo estás tú'
This "tú" is not optional, no matter what people think. It must be suppressed, unless there is a good reason to include it! Otherwise it sounds awful, both in written and spoken Spanish!

Martin: - ¡Sí me gusta (la natación)!, pero no sé nadar.
Juan: - Te puedo enseñar.
Martin:- Vale, gracias. Tengo que estar pronto en mi casa, ¿tú sabes?
Juan: - Sí claro!
Martin:- Hasta luego! Cuídate.
Juan: - Igualmente, Adiós.
