I am trying to translate this on a retainer agreement form. Does anyone know how I can translate it? Does Contigency in Spanish mean the same in english or is it lost in translation.I did a little research of my own to know avail can anyone help me? I would soooo APRECIATE IT! Thanks a BUNCH!!

"Honorario condicional" (sometimes "contingente")

This technical term applies when the fee is payed only if the result in court is favourable.
