Hi Mz Badger iron tablets is a food supplement. (iron is a mineral necessary for the formation of many enzymes in the body)
you can say if you buy it in a store or pharmacy:
- Quiero un suplemento de hierro en pastillas.( ó cápsulas). (pills)
