i have learned that these words are used for greeting someone.
My question is this, When and Where each word should be used?
Is there any difference among the three'...

My guess is that "Jalo" is actually "Hallo", but written the Spanish way, since we our "H" is mute, but our "J" sounds similar to the English "H".

I know "Aló" is normal in many countries on the phone, but I've never heard of anyone using "Aló" (or "Jaló") to say "Hello".

"Aló", es usado para contesar el telefono.
"Hola" puede ser usado cuando saludas a cualquier persona, en cualquier sitio, y también en el teléfono.
Pero "jalo", nunca lo he oido, no como saludo.
