Is there such a word as goso I heard it in a song and didn't know what it meant

The whole phrase is "Oye como va, mi ritmo, bueno pa' gozar, mulata." It's difficult to translate, but is something like "Listen how it goes, my rhythm, good for partying, mulata." This is Puerto Rican-style Spanish.
