Hi Hlyn
If you look at Idalmis's reply above, who is a native speaker, I would go with this construction. You will notice that the subjunctive is not required and he/she has changed your imperfect tense of poder from "podía" to the conditional tense "podría"

Thanks Eddy,
This is the whole sentence I'm working on translating into spanish. This is what I have so far... but I was concerned about the verb tense of implicaban....maybe some context will help. Thanks in advance!

Esto podía incluir los problemas que implicaban seguridad, salarios, la supervisión, la disciplina, o el uso de las condiciones de la política y de trabajo de la compañía.

HI:
Esto podria incluir problemas de seguridad or esto puede inplicar problemas con la seguridad.

I think you may need to use the subjunctive here as you are not sure whether problems of security will be involved. As I am not an expert on this subject I would go for.

Es posible que problemas de seguridad puedan resultar.
Es posible que hubieren problemas de seguridad.
