bien means well, it is the adverb- it modifies verbs
Yo hablo bien.
bueno means good, it is the adjective- it modifies nouns ( there are 5 forms bueno, buena, buenos, buenas can be used after nouns, buen can be used before a masculine singular noun instead of bueno)
Es un buen foro.
Es un foro bueno.
Son carros buenos.
Son películas buenas
Es una película buena.
