publicándose = being published

Spanish verbs are fully conjugated, and some of them even incorporate pronouns forming a single word, so you can get 53 different forms, or over 333 if you include these pronouns. Your average dictionary will only show you one of those forms: the infinitive - that's why you can't find these conjugateds verbs.
