"tincho, strange, portate, mous"
I have been trying to communicate with somebody from Argentina and he uses many words such as those above that I can not find in the dictionary on this site or that can not be translated. Can somebody please steer me in the right direction.? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Your explanation would make sense with the rest of his wording. Thank you very much for your help!
Hi Cyndi. The only one I think I know is portate. since the Argentinians often use the vos form of familiar speech, he probably says "Portáte, with the stress on the 'a'. I believe it means "Behave yourself". In Ecuador they say "pórtate bien"
