Bearing in mind I am no cook, this is what I read.

Put the fried bread, a clove of garlic, cumin and roasted oregano in the machine. (What machine I know not). Add, salt and pepper and raise heat until it boils, add coloured roasted saffron and when finished, serve as a simple stew. "

Definitely not mine. It was the translation given by the same web page. I just copied the whole page and thought Marcy would be able to unravel the English.

"It goes through the machine fried bread, a clove of garlic, cumin and oregano roasted, it adds little by little good broth, salt and pepper is cooked enough to fire until they boil several times, it gives colour saffron roasted and serves to any simple stew. "

Eddy, please reassure me that the above is not your translation. Reads like it was done by a machine.

This is obviously another "yellow Sauce" as there is no mention of eggs.

I agree, and here is a definition from the Web.

Salsa Amarilla
Spanish; (literally 'yellow sauce') made from hard-boiled eggs blended with madeira wine, oil, and mustard.

"Sauce" in Spanish is a willow tree.
But I guess you are asking about the translation to Spanisho of "sauce". This means "salsa"
So I think the answer you are looking for is "salsa amarilla" - Yellow sauce.
