moratoria: a kind of limitation connected to a certain deadline. So your conclusion is correct. The English word would be : moratorium
compensatorio: yes, due payment

Will need more explanations 
moratorio means a legal authorization to delay payment- is this correct?
compensatory- payment that is due - is this correct?
