How do you say "co-pay" in Spanish?

For native Spanish speakers who may not know this word.. it's a shortened form of "co-payment".. and it means.. what we have to pay.. when we go to see a doctor.. "our" part of the payment.. and then the insurance pays the rest.

So how would I say: "I need to collect a $30 co-pay."

There are various ways you could say this, some of which depend on the familiarity of the hearer with the American co-pay system, but one way that would be understood my most people would be something like "La parte que usted tiene que pagar ahora es 30 dólares." If the person is still uncertain about the meaning, you could add "Lo demás será pagado por la compania de seguros."
