That's because it is spelt incorrectly. El lunes nos vbemos. We are seeing each other on Monday, or it is supposed to mean we will see each other on Monday, but then the Spanish should read El lunes nos veremos
Can you translate "El lunes nos vbemos." I could not find vbemos in the Spanish-English dictionary.

Good translation, but I'm guessing that "Laredo's-East" is the name of a restaurant, and therefore should not be translated. And since the English says "a few moments," rather than "a momento," we might say "un rato."
And a question: While "este lunes" works fine here, can we also say "el lunes"? I thought that "on {next day of the week}" was "el {día}."
