what's "albacha"?

Last week while traveling in Ecuador, a cafe owner wrote down his salad dressing recipe for me. Mostaza, naranja, aceite de oliva, oregano, limon, y sal I can figure out, but he wrote "albacha" (or possibly "albacra"'). Anyone have any clues about what that might be'

I looked it up, and the closest thing I could find to it is the word "albahaca" which is basil. So it seems like it would make sense.
