Harry Potter translation help

Hello I'm going to read Harry Potter in Spanish because I think it is an excellent way to learn languages (Harry taught me English, so why not Spanish'), but I'm already stuck at the backside cover. I know the meaning of each single word, but the problem is; I don't know what the words mean together? Here they are:
