I agree with Dunia: it doesn't make much sense with the question mark.

I'm with Jah, although "¿dónde quieras'" doesn't make much sense as an interrogative sentence.
One example:
¿dónde quieres ir?
donde quieras tú

Donde means where and quieras is the present subjunctive form of the verb querer which means to want.
Donde quieras? translates Where would you like? or Where do you want'
