this name is basque (Euskadi)
Iker (masc.)/Ikerne (fem.) mean Visitación
Iker mean "Aquel que es portador de buenas noticias"
it haven´t equivalent.
some people say that is the same that other basque names= Iñigo, Eneko (Spa.Eq= Ignacio/Eng.Eq= Ignatius)
