I agree with Numel: it is better "luchar" than "pelear".

The lazarus translation is perfect
Also I will use other word "Luchar"

It is potentially ambiguious, so there are two possible translations:
Si me quisieras, ¿pelearías por mí?
Si me quisiste, ¿pelearías por mí (unlikely translation).
