Hola AnhHang
When you see words like that which in end in "isimo/a" or "ito/a", and there are many, try removing them and adding "o/a" and look up this new word. So Guapisimo becomes guapo. Mogor has already explained the meaning of these suffixes above.

Guapisimo (Muy guapo), the suffix "-ísimo/ísima" is an intensifier that can be attached to the end of many adjectives.
-Guapísimo mean very beautiful and very neat
-El trabajo es facilísimo (of Fácil)/ The homework is really easy
-María es bellísima/guapísima (of bella-bello) /Mary is absolutely beautiful
-Son riquísimos (of ricos-as) /They are super rich
