Bachelor degree= Licenciatura
for example Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration= Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas

The answer will depend on the country, but in some countries a bachelor's (note apostrophe) degree is called a bachillerato, and a Bachelor of Science, for example, is a bachiller en ciencias.

Maybe "licenciatura", in Spain it is the degree you get when you finish five courses of university studies.
