Not exactly the same: in the Spanish ll, the airstream flows through the sides of the tongue, but in million it flows over the middle of the tongue.
Hola Lilla
The double "LL" in Spanish is pronounced the same as the double "LL" in the word miLLion.

Muchos gracias for all the responses! Good to know you're out there.
Bad idea: Spanish doesn't have the English V, so it would be better to try Sebiya (although it will not sound corect anyway if it is pronounced using English sounds).
Por cierto, "Hola Lilla" en español se pronuncia "Hola Lila" (lee tu frase), jajaja.
There is only one way to pronounce a Spanish word (ignoring dialectal variations, of course). What is exactly the problem? The standard pronunciation is /se'i'a/, as you would expect from the letters used to write it.
Hola Lilla, en español se pronuncia:
Seviya (the s like in "so")
