In the US, the translation seems to be compensación del trabajador. This gets 18K googits, while indemnización al trabajador gets fewer than 600. The word indemnización seems to be used in the same way as indemnity, that is, it is compensation for damage or loss, whereas workers' compensation provides insurance to cover medical care and compensation for employees who are injured in the course of employment.
