Si no vas a comer carne, vas a comer huevos y leche? Ademas de legumbres, el queso , yogurt, nueces almendras y sardinas son buenas. Tambien atoles, pan nutritivo, miel. Poco a poco lo haras.

I'm going to guess that is brown lentils (as opposed to green or some other color which sometimes you find in lentils. pardo=brown, so pardina could be how to designate a color) Just a guess...

Alubias are beans. Probably spanish or central american rather than Mexican where frijoles is more common. Lenteja is lentils. Pardina is a mystery to me.
