How do I say...?

Hola todos,

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to say these years, e.g.
Los anos 1800: Should I say dieciocho cientos or dieciocho ciento?
En 1503: Should I say En quince cientos y tres?

Muchas gracias

If you say "Hola a todos:" in Spanish, you mustn't use the comma, but the colon.
Los "anos" means "the anusses"; "los años" means "the years".
You cannot split a year like in English: you must say how many millenia, how many centuries, if any, and then the decimals and years. See Mogor's examples.

In Spanish you never say as we do in English

for example 1951; nineteen fifty one
It's mil novecientos cincuenta y uno

desde 1800 a 1899= Siglo IX (Siglo diecinueve)
1800= Mil ochocientos
Los años 1800= Los años mil ochocientos (1000+800)
1503= Mil quinientos tres (1000+500+3)

A partir de 1000, siempre se emplea Mil
1685= Mil seiscientos ochenta y cinco (1000+600+80+5)
1010= Mil diez
1200= Mil doscientos
1687= Mil seiscientos ochenta y siete
